TATIANA MACIEL
Tatiana holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio, and a Master’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Tampa in Florida. Her passion for finance began at the age of twenty when she worked as a financial analyst at Adelphia Communications. Following her remarkable success as CFO for a Cold Storage Group, Tatiana began helping others take control of their finances, guiding them toward financial clarity and stability. She also serves as a business mentor for SCORE, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting small business growth.
Recognizing a growing need for financial guidance, Tatiana founded Astra Financial Services with a clear mission: to empower individuals through financial education, insurance protection, retirement planning, and specialized employer-sponsored retirement plans for K–12 employees. Her commitment to personalized service and long-term relationships has resulted in a book of business that consistently ranks among the top in production—an achievement made possible by maintaining an impressive 98% client retention rate.
